Meditation During Work
I’m not a doctor or a spiritual guru what so ever, however I know a thing or 2 about meditation; especially during work. Research have shown that meditation is a great way to stay grounded and centered. So let me share. I’m a Virgo which means I overthink and analyze everything not to mention a perfectionist. The math has to math all the time or I just can’t move on until it does math. I almost drove myself crazy in my late 20’s. Constant headaches, high blood pressure and isolation because I wanted to be the best. I was a sales person in the paper / pulp industry when it was HOT. I use to wreck my brain trying to come up with ideas and sales pitches. One day I was watching YouTube and saw a video on breathing and mediating for more clarity. So I gave it a shot. Not knowing what would happen next. All I remember is that answers came to me and I was the number one sales person for the next 5 years- I swear. Meditation allowed me to be in the moment which created a better working atmosphere for me. ~MLD
