Biological Clock
So What is a Biological Clock? Now I can give you the medical definition or I can just simplify it? I’ll just simplify it. I’m not a morning person and I actually sleep better during the hours of 3AM - 10PM. I perform better mentally and physically during the afternoon. I’m more protective during the afternoon and evening hours. If I’m forced to work during the day time, get ready to be upset because my performance will be the bare minimal. Knowing your body is key. Being honest about what works best for you is solidness when it comes to business. So now that I simplified it; are you a morning, afternoon or evening person?
